Jeff Munden VP Business Development

Jeff joined the Oil & Gas Industry in 1995 as an Application Engineer with CSI, and learned compression from the ground up. Jeff built a substantial book of business rapidly through cold calling and existing customer maintenance and growth while at CSI. He joined USA Compression in 2012 as the first employee in the Permian Basin. In 12 years, he provided substantial HP and revenue growth. Throughout his career Jeff has leased or sold over 500,000 horsepower. Mr. Munden is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in Finance.

Joe Aston President & GM

Joe has served in several key senior production leadership roles with prominent oil and gas producers over the past 18 years. Joe has extensive experience with all artificial lift applications. He has held various management roles in both production operations and compression operations throughout his career. Joe helped successfully integrate the use of high-pressure gas lift operations at one of the first publicly traded E&P companies to try HPGL. He later lead HPGL operations in West Texas for a peer company.

Jack DeMasie VP Finance

After studying Finance at the University of Texas, Jack started his career in Energy Investment Banking with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. In 2021 he joined CSL Capital Management, an energy services private equity firm in Houston. He joined Xstream as Director of Finance in 2023.
